Sales Tax
We are located in Caldwell, Idaho. If your shipping address is within the state of Idaho, we are required to charge sales tax based on your location. If your shipping address is outside of Idaho, your order will not be charge sales tax.
International Sales
All customs duties and tariffs are the responsibility of the buyer.
All of our shipping is via Fedex. If you have any questions about how they handle duties or tariffs on shipments outside of the United States, please contact them directly at fedex.com or 800-GOFEDEX.
Returns & Refunds
Only products that have not been installed or had installation attempted, or have a manufacturing defect may be returned. An RMA is required before any item can be returned. A 20% restocking fee plus the shipping charges will be assessed on all refunds. The Customer is responsible for return shipment. Shipping & Delivery
All in-stock items will ship within 2-3 business days from purchase unless otherwise listed on the item page. Items that are backordered at the time of your order will ship as soon as they are back in stock. Your order will be charged the full amount, including the backorder amount, at time of purchase in order to hold that part for you. If you do not wish to pay for the backordered item, please delete it from your cart before checkout.
